Sunday Treats and Cravings

My heart is calling out for sisig carbonara, Cello's doughnuts and more yummy, relaxing bath products.

But since it's raining and my friends are either not feeling very well or too lazy to get out of the house, I'm just going to make do with blog-hopping, reading, DVD watching and test driving my most recent purchase.

I've started a collection of bath products and lotions. Long baths and skin pampering are my current favorite cheap thrills. Anything to keep my mind off work!

Never Forget

I usually don't post anything related to politics, but I cannot not share this with you. Well said, Ms. Evangelista.

With my now former role models blogging praises about this lady, I'm worried that our generation and the generations to come will no longer remember the past, and all those years of cruelty and greed will be completely glossed over, until all the world will remember is her "glamour".

Peachy Keen

Woke up early on a Sunday to go to work. Good thing one of my bosses also wanted breakfast food for lunch, so I got to get out of the office for a while and satisfy my month-long craving for peach waffles. I realized how long it's been since I got to walk around Eastwood. I can't believe my friends get to go around more often than I do when I'm there almost everyday!


Hit the grocery store on the way home with my dad and had a snack, this time a peach danish, at the nearby French Baker.

Guess I found my new favorite comfort food.
